1. Apply pressure to the sides of each clip with your thumbs to open and close it.
2. Separate your hair into left side, right side and back. Start with the back piece while securing the side pieces.
3. Start at the hair in your nape. Make a horizontal part by drawing a comb from one ear to another. Clip hair above the line to keep it away.
4. Select the extension or weft that has the same width as the horizontal part. The natural hair part should be gently teased to keep the clips in place.
5. Insert the center clip into the root of the natural hair. Snap both sides to secure the clipped hair. Brush the natural and clip in hair extensions to blend. Make sure the weft is securely attached to the hair.
6. Next, remove the clip holding the hair above the extension line together. Use a comb to create another ½ to 1 inch ear-to-ear part just above the previously attached extension.
7. Following the same step, insert another weft. Begin at the root of the next part then put the clips into the natural hair. Close the clips and brush gently to secure it. Go on making horizontal parts while you move up the back of your head and attach clip extensions. Always check that each weft is securely attached and no trace is visible.
8. Make horizontal parts above the ear so you can now attach side pieces and insert the weft in the same method. Complete the other side too.
9. If you want to remove wefts, open them first as pulling them out can damage the hair.
